Here is a journey that takes you through varied attractions of Kerela. Stay at the hill resort/hotel of Munnar close to tea and cardamom plantations. The houseboat cruise in the palm-shaded waterways is both rewarding and peaceful. The tour finally concludes with a few days relaxation stay near the fabulous beaches of Kovalam. Lastly, not to forget the half day excursion trip to the southern most tip of India  Kanyakumari en route visiting famous wooden palace at Padmanabhapuram.

Post breakfast check out and transfer to domestic airport to board a domestic flight for Kochi.Cochin (also called Kochi) has been an important trading port since ancient times. Today, the land of spices that attracted the far-away European Traders is a quaint blend of the old and the new, the Indian and the Western. Popularly referred to as the Queen of the Arabian Sea.

Sightseeing: Visit Mattancherry Palace, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Nets, Dutch Palace and Jewish Synagogue. Evening enjoy Kathakali Dances -Traditional Dance Form of Kerala.

Post breakfast transfer to Munnar in Private Car. Munnar: It is a town located in the Idduki district of India's Kerala state, situated in the south Western Ghats of India, the name Munnar usually refers to the whole tourist area of the Idukki District of which the town forms only a small part.The name Munnar is believed to be derived from the Malayalam/Tamil words Munu (three) and aaru (river), referring to the town's strategic location at the confluence of the Muthirappuzha, Nallathanni and Kundaly rivers. Later visit Tea Plantation and enjoy tea tasting session.

Early breakfast and depart for Thekkady by Chauffer driven car.Thekkady: It is the location of the Periyar National Park, which is an important tourist attraction in the Kerala state of India.Arrival transfer to hotel. Later depart for Wild Plantation Tour and enjoy boat ride at Periyar Lake.

Early morning after breakfast depart for Alleppey by professional driven car. Alleppey is one of the most important tourist centers in the state, with a large network of inland canals earning it the sobriquet "Venice of the east". These large network of canals provide Alleppey its lifeline. Alleppey was one of the busiest centers of trade in the past with one of the best known ports along the malabar coast.

Upon arrival transfer to Deluxe House boat. Later enjoy the cruise of backwater. Houseboat day cruise in Kerala backwaters will be memorable with the mind-blowing view of canal systems and endless lagoons. Paddy fields, rivers joining the backwater, small houses on small stretch of land .There are villages in all over these backwater but the land area is very small, the view of  backwaters birds, people working in paddy fields, fishing in backwater, or people using small canoes as mode of transportation, big houseboats, Alleppey Houseboats, motorboats country made boats used by tourists, small resorts, heritage homes are speciality of this area.

Post breakfast disembark and depart for Kovalam. Kovalam means a grove of coconut trees and true to its name the village offers an endless sight of coconut trees. The crescent-shaped beach has three parts. The southern most beach, and the most popular, is light house beach. It offers an amazing sight of Vizhinjam mosque. The northern Samudra is a laid back one and time seems stands still here. The middle, Hawah, in the early day, is a beehive of activities with fishermen setting out for sea visit beaches and free to relax and leisure.

Post breakfast depart for full day excursion trip to Kanniyakumari (Cape Comorin), en-route visit the famous wooden palace at Padmanabhapuram. Kanniyakumari is at the tail point of India, where the three seas meet together.

Later visit Vivekananda rock by a ferryboat, the temple of Kumari Amman (the virgin lady) and Gandhi Memorial.
Post visit return back to Kovalam.

Post breakfast check out and depart for Trivandrum.Arrive and in time transfer to Airport to board flight for Mumbai.

Post breakfast at Hotel, in time transfer to International Airport to board flight for onward destination

Temperature and Best Season

Kerala would have been a dry land because of the dry winds blowing from the north, but for the Western Ghats which prevent this wind from entering the land. Kerala receives copious rain (average 3000 mm a year )each year. The temperature in Kerala normally ranges from 28° to 32° C (82° to 90° F) on the plains but drops to about 20° C (68° F) in the highlands.
